Let's get started!

Step 1: Grab your templates and make them bright and happy! Colour the chicken and decorate the eggs with stripes, zigzags, spots—anything you like.
Step 2: Carefully cut along the lines. Take your time so your chick and eggs look neat.
Step 3: Punch a hole at the top and bottom of each egg, and one at the top and bottom of the chicken.
Step 4: Cut a piece of string. Tie a little loop at the top so you can hang it later.
Step 5: Start with the chicken at the top. Thread the string through the holes or tape the pieces to the string. Leave a little space between each egg so they hang nicely.
Step 6: Hang your chick and eggs where you want. Stand back and admire your Easter decoration!
