Let's get started!

Step 1: Cut out the sheep faces
Step 2: Pop some popcorn into each clear bag. Don’t overfill—leave space at the top to close it.
Step 3: Stick the sheep face to the front of the bag using glue or tape. If you want, tie the top of the bag with ribbon or string for a neat finish.
Step 4: Arrange all the sheep bags in a basket or on a tray.
