Step 1: Use the sheep template and cut it out. Also, cut out the two holes at the bottom.
Step 2: Put glue all over your white cloud shape, but leave the finger holes clear. Press cotton balls onto the glue. Now your sheep has a warm, woolly coat!
Step 3: Stick the wiggle eyes onto your sheep’s eyes.
Step 4: Put two fingers through the holes at the bottom. Your fingers are the sheep’s legs! Now you can make your sheep walk, jump, and say “Baa!”
