Let's get started!

Step 1: Take the fish template and color your fish with your favourite colors.
Step 2: Carefully cut out the fish along the lines. You will have two pieces: the head and the tail.
Step 3: Make the fish’s belly. Take a long strip of colourful paper. Make sure it fits between the head and the tail.
Step 4: Fold the paper back and forth like an accordion (zig-zag) until it is all folded.
Step 5: Glue one end of the folded paper to the back of the fish head. Glue the other end to the back of the tail. Now your fish has a stretchy belly!
Step 6: Add the sticks. Glue one stick behind the head and one stick behind the tail.
Step 7: Wait a few minutes for the glue to dry.
Step 8:  Time to play! Hold the sticks and pull them apart to make the fish grow long. Push the sticks together to make it small again.
